Our new appartment?

This goes out to our appartment-looking friends, Meck, Yaou, Xin and Kana! Contrary to earlier experiences, I found the internet to be a great place to look up appartments. In fact the first commercial link I clicked on in Google revealed this nice piece:

Auf ca. 130 qm verteilt sind hier 5 Zimmer, Küche und 2 Duschbäder. Ein ca. 24 qm großes Wohnzimmer und ein danebenliegendes Esszimmer mit ca. 14 qm, sowie drei weitere Räume mit je ca. 16 qm stehen als Eltern-, Kinder-, Ess-, Gäste- oder Arbeitszimmer zur Verfügung. Die Böden sind komplett mit neuem, sehr hochwertigem Kunststoffboden in Dielenoptik belegt. Für Wärme und Warmwasser sorgt eine Gasetagenheizung. Ein Keller-, Wasch/Trockenraum ist vorhanden und ein Carport kann für monatlich 35,- € angemietet werden. TV-Empfang erfolgt über Kabelanschluss und Tierhaltung ist nicht erlaubt.

Sonstiges
Diese tolle, renovierte Wohnung kann ab sofort für eine Kaltmiete von 590,- € + 90,- NK (bei 4 Personen, Strom und Gas zahlen Sie direkt an die Versorger) gemietet werden. Die Kaution beträgt 1 KM, die Courtage 2 KM + MwSt.

This appartment was listed on immobilienscout24. It was the first one that showed up. There are many more, and I think that we might go for something bigger and a bit more expensive, as I believe we can afford a bit more. I recommend checking the site out as it has lots of offers, but unfortunately is also quite buggy and slow.

So please help us by looking for some appartments in the area and sending me links, so that I can go check them out in person. From the stuff I've seen so far, I doubt we should be having problems finding an appartment. The only problem I do see, is that we'll have to convince the landlord to allow 6 people to live inside one.

So whip up Google, type in something like "Wohnung Kaiserslautern" and click on the commercial links (on the right). That should be a good starting point.
